How do i check my order status?
Sign in to your account to check your order status.
Why didn't I receive my order confirmation or tracking?
Spam filters or misspelling of the email address at checkout may cause our messages to get lost. Feel free to reach out to Customer Support if you can't find the confirmation or tracking info.
Can I change my order?
Once confirmed, your order is packaged for shipping as quickly as possible. Therefore we are unlikely to be able to change your order.

How do I Use a promo code?
Promo codes are entered at Checkout - after you have confirmed the cart. On mobile, this is after confirming shipping info.
Promotion codes will not combine with other offers or apply during site wide sales periods.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and the typical card providers.

What are the shipping costs?
Standard UK delivery takes between 5-7 working days and costs £3.99.
Next Day UK Delivery
We offer a next working day service for UK orders placed before 12.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12.30pm will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery to UK is a trackable service, and costs £5.99
Free shipping is available on orders £50 and over. Shipping and taxes will be confirmed before checkout.
When will my order be sent out?
We aim to ship orders by the end of the next business day. During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the UK, Europe and Canada from our UK warehouse.
In the United States we ship from our USA warehouse using UPS Ground.
How do I change my shipping address?
Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within a business day from the order confirmation.
Address changes must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse and recieving tracking information. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After that, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.
If you have entered shipping information incorrectly please conatct Customer Support. Include your order number and the address correction.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Within 30 days you can return your purchase from lundlondon.com in like-new* condition with original packaging.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.
- lundlondon.com is unable to process returns of items purchased at another online retailer or store.
*"like-new" condition is unused. We recommend keeping original packaging while you decide about the product.
Can i exchange an item?
No - we are unable to offer exchanges. Instead, you can return and place a new order.
What is my refund status?
Sign in to your account to check your return status.
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will recieve notification via email that your refund has been comleted.
Should your refund not be processed within 5 business days, please reach out to Customer Support with your order number.
How do i return a product UK?
To set up a free return in the UK, first sign in to your account using the email from your order.
In your account order history select the order. Select the item/s that you want to return and choose a reason. Click Request return.
Once your return request is approved, you will recieve an email with further instructions. We aim to process returns within 5 business days of recipt at our warehouse. You will recieve notification via email that your refund has been completed.
