Well 2020 has been a very strange year hasn’t it?
Here at Lund London, we’ve been taking the time to think about the positives from this year of chaos and the things we’ll take with us as our resolutions for 2021.
Covid-19 has made us all think twice about taking our health for granted. Seeing so many suffer from its effects has made us determined to make health and wellbeing a priority in 2021. We know it’s a new year cliché, but staying active, eating healthily and staying hydrated are all on the agenda for the Lund London team.
Let’s be honest, home schooling and juggling work and childcare has been a nightmare for a lot of people this year, but the silver lining is that it has given us valuable time with our families which we want to continue enjoying as life gets back to normal this year.
With the travel restrictions throughout 2020 many holidays were cancelled or postponed, so if travel rules allow in 2021, we’ll be making up for lost time and exploring the world! And not forgetting there are many carbon offset programmes and more environmentally ways to travel responsibly.
The covid-19 pandemic took its toll on people’s mental and physical health across the world. As people were isolated and unable to continue their lives in the way they were used to, self care had never been more important. In 2021 we will be taking the time to take care of our physical and mental wellbeing and checking in on our friends and neighbours to make sure they’re ok.
Now more than ever it’s so important for us to take care of the world around us so that we can continue to enjoy our beautiful countryside and wildlife in the years to come. Sustainability and the environment has long been at the heart of Lund London, but in 2021 we will be stepping this up to improve our sustainability credentials and do what we can to help protect our planet.
